How Conexus Works

In simple words: teach a skill to earn credits, then use those credits to learn a skill.

Model of a Real Exchange

Meet Maya, Leo, and Sarah.

  • Maya knows debate and guitar but wants to learn cooking and writing.

  • Leo knows cooking but wants to learn debate and writing.

  • Sarah knows writing but wants to learn guitar and cooking.

Through Conexus:

  • Each student shares what they know and learns from others.

  • In return, each student gains access to skills they want to develop.

  • Students trade knowledge instead of paying for lessons, creating chances to learn, teach, and connect.

The Mechanism

How Credits Work

  • 10 Starting Credits

  • 1 Credit = 30 Minutes

  • Teach → +1 Credit

  • Learn → -1 Credit

  • Conexus uses Airtable to track all credits and exchanges.
